The preamplifier stage is controlled with a superior Blacknote proprietary designed Active Volume Control system features fine resistors step-by-step DOUBLE MONO high end performance for superior resolution, lowest distortion and perfect channel balance.
The active preamp stage allows a +10dB gain for best resolution and perfect unit control stepping 0.5dB finely managed by high precision 0.1% resistors. The quality of the Blacknote Double Mono Active Volume Control technology enable unsurpassed sonic performance for traditional passive audio potentiometer.
Besides the four different Line Inputs are powered thru electrical 24 Karat gold singularly encapsulated relays guarantee a full isolated line silence with zero negative feedback & crosstalk.
Though the DSA100 SPECIAL has a full digital output stage the amplifier is powered by a traditional massive I.E. handcrafted transformer to ensure the highest quality controls in all the unit separated audio signal paths.
A proprietary Blacknote design enables real "Flat Load Independent-Frequency Response" design which allows perfect matching with any (hi-end) audio speaker of the market. The FLI-FR system apart of keeping the frequency response stable independently of the speaker load enable a perfect linear response down to remarkable 1ohm matching.
